Directions: Take 1ml (approx. 30 drops) twice daily or as directed. It can also be added to hot or cold water, which makes 1 cup of super-antioxidant green tea.

Other Ingredients: Deionized Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Honey, Natural Peach Flavor, Luo Han Guo, Licorice Root Extract.
