What is D-Mannose? D-mannose is a simple sugar occurring naturally in many plants. It is so safe that it can even be used by diabetics, because it isn’t metabolized by our bodies and therefore doesn’t affect blood sugar levels. Nearly all of it is promptly excreted.

How does it work? D-mannose does not kill any bacteria. Rather, it is like a magnet, attracting the E. coli in the urinary tract.
